Works great but messy and difficult set up.

Love the Orbic, but the set up is convoluted, difficult to understand, didn't work over and over. If you buy one, have the in-store staff person help you set it up.

Great replacement

Our previous Hotspot had done us well through the years, and it was time for a replacement. More than happy with our new gizmo!
Didn’t work

The battery would drain and need charged several times a day. The connection was terrible. Worse than my phone hotspot. You had to place it next to whatever device you were attempting to connect in order to use it. Good luck if you had 2 things running at once. It took forever to download anything. Coverage was basically nonexistent and even on 5G the visuals were blurred, I couldn’t open more than one window on my laptop. I purchased this as a backup because I work from home and it was useless. I contacted Verizon and they verified that the unit was defective. While the representative was nice, I’m just over these call centers. I’m over the AI bot that you have to get through in order to speak to a human being.
Battery life bogus

Same as the one we replaced. Battery life lasts maybe an hour. But if you leave it plugged in it warnes about battery life.

I don't like that it has to be unplugged periodically because the battery gets too hot if you don't
For that extra boost at home

Our home wifi absolutely lost all connectivity to the backside of our house. So now we use this device to keep gaming on Black Ops and below for 2 people, and this device works for us both! Can't wait to try it out and about.
Could not pick up and hold signal. Returned same day

Did not work at all. Continuously searching for signal. Jumping from 0 to 4 bars but never held. Returned it same day.

Hi, we are former customers at Verizon and used the Hotspot for work reasons. Now we need it back! There's no wifi service in our area, NC mountains. Please let me know best regards.

I'd like to use this only as an emergency backup device, are there recurring costs associated or can it sit on standby until I need it?
Cory . Aug 12, 2026
What is the max usage limit?
